Clearword hosts its software in Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities in Ireland, Germany and the United States should our customers require it.
The IT infrastructure that AWS provides Clearword is designed and managed in alignment with best security practices and a variety of IT security standards. The following is a partial list of assurance programs with which AWS complies:

ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018
Clearword servers are located within Clearword virtual private cloud (VPC), protected by restricted security groups allowing only the minimal required communication to and between the servers.
Clearword conducts third-party network vulnerability scans at least quarterly.
